Do you feel like moving from the stands to the business lounge? Then this is your degree!
The sports, wellness and fitness industry has been growing for years, and potential fields of work are expanding and changing in parallel. Well-trained executives are sought after in the “classic” way for sports organizations, associations and leagues, commercial sports operations, sports facilities or sports administrations. But new, promising fields of work are also emerging at the interface with the health and wellness market, in the leisure industry and in prevention. In all areas, advancing digitization and increasingly complex structures require ever greater professionalization of management.
What you need? Enthusiasm for sports and exercise-related topics. An interest in planning, designing and organizing sports events, and fun in developing ideas and trends for the future. A desire to work with people.
What can you expect during your studies at VICTORIA? In addition to essential business know-how as well as leadership and social skills, our professors and lecturers will provide you with specialist knowledge from the real world: How are sports clubs, sports leagues and sports facilities managed? How is sport marketed in industry and commerce, what are the current trends? How is digitalization changing the sports industry? We also shed light on fitness, wellness, sports tourism, sports promotions and sports events.

We want you to enjoy studying with us and be successful. That’s why we have optimized our study programs so that you benefit from many typical VICTORIA advantages, such as the close link between theory and practice in all courses and study modes.
Our studies are designed so efficiently that you can complete your bachelor’s and master’s degree in the standard period of study, but only have to come to campus two days a week!
This leaves you with three free workdays per week to do whatever else interests you: e.g. your first start-up, a job on the side, or lots of sports.

- German Abitur or German Fachhochschulreife or a certificate issued by uni-assist e.V. (University Application Service for International Students, my.uni-assist.de) confirming the equivalence of the foreign university degrees with the above-mentioned German certificates
- German language level B2 according to Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)
